Step-by-Step: Your Custom Camper Van Build

 

1. Consultation

We’ll start with a personalized call to go over your layout, needs, and vision. Whether it’s a weekend van or full-time home, we tailor the build to your lifestyle.

2. Choose a Van

You’ll provide the van. We can help you pick the right size/model that fits your goals and budget. The van you choose will affect total cost and build time.

3. Estimate & Timeline

Once your design is finalized, we’ll give you a detailed quote for labor and materials, along with an estimated completion time (usually 2–3 months).

4. Payments
  • Start: 50% due when the van is dropped off

  • Finish: 50% due at pickup

  • Or Reserve a Spot: 25% deposit to hold your place on the schedule
    All projects come with a signed contract outlining scope, cost, and timeline.

5. Payment Options

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit

  • Zelle

  • Cashier’s Check

• Extended — From $35,000

What is Included
  • Labor covers: Installation or build the following

    • Insulation, walls, ceiling, flooring

    • Bed, cabinetry, sink, toilet, fridge

    • Ceiling fan, solar-ready power station (up to 2 panels)

    Extras: Shower, A/C, heater, windows, or other custom features available at added cost.
