Steps to Begin Your Custom Van Build
- Initial Consultation
- We start by discussing your preferred layout and specific requirements for your custom van build.
- Cost Estimation and Timeline
- We provide an estimate for the labor costs and materials required for your build, along with a projected completion date. Labor costs are stated below, and materials are billed separately.
- Payment Structure
- The total cost is divided into two installments: the first payment is due when the van is dropped off, and the final payment is due upon completion and pick-up of the van.
- Alternatively, you can secure your place in line with a 25% deposit of the agreed total. Spots can fill up quickly, and each van takes about one to two months to complete.
- Payment Methods
- We accept payments in cash, by card, Zelle, or cashier’s checks. A contract will be signed to protect both parties.

- First, we would discuss your project and idea. We would discuss the type of wood, paint etc.
- Next, I would provide you with a rough draft sketch to make sure we are on the same page.
- We would then discuss cost and an estimated date for completion.
- A down payment of 50% of total cost would then be made. Total payment would be made upon project completion.
- Payments can be made in cash, card, wire transfer or cashier’s checks. Contract will be signed so both parties are protected.

- Raised would be purchased if you live in an area with small planting space, an apartment for example.
- You can choose to purchase with dirt or without.
- If making a custom size, we would first decide on what you would like. I would then provide you with a rough draft to make sure we have the same end product in mind.
